Due Dates

Residential Statistics for Premium and Paid Losses are due the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on
a weekend the due date is the following Monday.

Reserves or outstanding Losses values as of 12-31 are due 2-15 each year

Rejected data is due back within 30 days of the processed date on the paper work returned with the
rejected data

             Insurance companies writing Texas Residential Property report 
       statistics in accordance with the Texas Department of Insurance 
       Texas Residential Statistical Plan.   Farm Property coverage also is
       reported in accordance with the Texas Commercial Lines Statistical 
       Plan. As the department's designated statistical agent, TICO collects 
       and validates this data.   We are available at any time to assist 
       companies in fulfilling their reporting requirements.

Completely fill in all documents (transmittals and reports), make sure the Accounting date is shown and agrees with the submission

Make sure the data is properly formatted (150 or 200 record length)
